SIP’s Own Writings

SIP was a prolific writer and editor. His writings include his two-volume autobiography, his contributions to the three labor journals that he founded and edited, articles published in other publications, his writings related to his service in the Senate of PR and well as his writings related to his service in Congress, e.g. speeches, reports, and bills. Below is a small sample.
